So you deal with the upper management and if you call too many times they pass your message onto a junior below them. Questions after questions never get answered. Nobody is accountable for something they have done wrong. Difficult to get through to the head office for HR reated questions and issues. Job Security aside from that, it's probably the worst job I have ever had.
Only managers favorites receive any recognition. Lousy work/life balance. Lousy working conditions. Arrogant managers who don't respond to staff concerns. Terrible communication. There is a widening disconnect between head office and the stores.

Also at my location we have a great staff. The full time benefits aren't bad either. Easy going for the most part, many of the coworkers are great, down to earth people. Some of the managers are great and hard working, more towards the top. Coworkers are great and depending on the manager for your department you can have a really good time.
